WELCOME TO DELOAKS SUBDIVISION

Deloaks Subdivision is a beautiful community of just over 100 homes. Established in 1984 under restrictive covenants, Deloaks has large wooded lots, wide streets and a private park and boat launch on Bayou Perez. Situated in a bend of the Tchefuncte River, the subdivision is easily accessed off Hwy. 22 in Madisonville and is in a blue-ribbon school district.

The Deloaks Subdivision articles of incorporation, deed restrictions, by-laws and covenants are filed in the official records of St. Tammany Parish.

Boat Launch -The boat launch is for residents only and a copy of the gate key can be obtained from a board member.
The homeowners association elects a governing board of five members who serve two-year terms. The association collects dues on a quarterly basis from all residents and lot owners to pay for garbage collection, common ground maintenance, insurance, repairs and improvements. A quarterly newsletter is sent out with the dues notice.

The board is always open for suggestions and welcomes volunteers who are interested in making Deloaks a better place to live. Residents are required to seek written approval from the Board before beginning any construction projects, additions or major changes to their property. The specific rules and restrictions are listed in the by-laws/covenants for Deloaks Subdivision. If you should need a copy please contact a board member.
